Going On 3 Weeks With Out A Cell Phone - Verizon Wireless

I called Verizon to tell them my phone was not working due to a bad battery. I was still under warranty. They sent me a refurbished phone with no battery. I called back an hour and half later I was put in contact with Samsung who told me I had to ship the old battery back and they would send me a new one.

They received the old one back yesterday and now they are telling me it’s going to be another week before I get a new battery. Now we are going on 3 weeks with out a cell phone. I am outraged.

Verizon never told me they were sending a phone without a battery.
