Sandwich Fixed Poorly, And Poor Customer Service. - Arby’s

On 8/29/2014 I went through the Drive Thru Of Arby’s 520 W Main Jenks, Oklahoma. I ordered a mid roast beef sandwich. As I drove up to window the young man at the cash register, ask me what I ordered, after my order was verified on the speaker phone. I had to repeat twice.

Once given my sandwich, it was not a mid and bun was smashed. Manager came to window and informed me that sandwich was 5 oz. I informed him that I had regularly ordered this sandwich from this location and it was not made the same. I ask for refund, as he informed me sandwich was a mid roast beef. I ask again for refund.

I went on Internet and look up picture of mid and it had more meat 7.4oz and was well made as what I had previously ordered. I later call manager who was rude, telling me cooperate, and different stores can put how much meat they wanted, I informed manager I would not come to store when he was.on duty, he stated that’s fine!

Very poor customer service. Money was returned.
