Charged twice for shipping to same house - Sharis Berries

I went online to order 2 products from Sharis Berries. I added both of them to my cart and when I went through the checkout process I noticed I was being charged shipping for each product. The shipping total was outrageous. I contacted customer support to inquire as to why I was being charged for each item, and I was told it was because they are shipping from different facilities. There was not compromising with them.

I did not complete my order that day and will never shop at Berries.com again.

I used to order from them multiple times a year and was shocked that I would be charged for each item sent to the same address.
