Difficulty with Publishers Clearing House - Publisher’s Clearing House

I received two emails for orders from Publishers Clearing House. I immediately contacted customer support and was informed that my request to cancel orders which I did not make would be honored.

Several days later I received both items. I marked them return to sender and took them to the post office (unopened by the way).

I sent them a terse email and received a response in which they stated that the order had been canceled and the delivery was the result of timing.

Last week I received an invoice from them. I did not open it.

Today I received a suspicious looking letter and I marked it return to sender and I am taking it back to the post office. I want this nightmare to stop without a black mark on my credit report.
