Do What You Say You Will Do, Poor Customer Service - DIRECTV

From 1989 to 2013 I was bundled with a cable company. I wanted better customer service, more channels, etc. After doing some research I went with Direct TV. I am so disappointed with the customer service I received.

Appointments missed, very poor installation, no return phone calls, job not completed, it was very clear they wanted to sell, close the deal, and then run like the wind! The time away from work cost cost a lot of money for me, and very disappointed!

Suggestion for future customers – make sure you document EVERY THING! NOW I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH DISH NETWORK!!!
