I don’t understand how their business grow with poor customer service - SammyDress

I placed an order a week ago, and paid for expedite fee 3-5 bus. days. Money was taken right away. However, when I sent email to ask them for status of my order M1301021046103155 is, and no one responds to me.

I don’t understand how their business grow with poor customer service like this. I am afraid I lost my money.

I have written 3 complaints about my order I have not received. They were supposed to reply within 24 hours. But…. no order, no money, no response

PEOPLE, GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SAMMYSDRESS. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!!!
