Inconsistent Service and Untrained Technical Support - AtLink Services

This company accepts Government grant money to provide internet service to rural Oklahoma yet is unable to provide consistent internet uptime. Service frequently is intermittent. The latest outage their tier 2 support ( supposed to be their best) stated that it would be at least one week before they could restore 100% service because they can not determine how to fix this problem.

The Company accepts grant money but fails to hire technical support that can properly diagnose and repair technical problems to provide consistent internet service. They do not offer rebates or credits for all their downtime so surely they are abusing the Government trust placed in them when the applied for and accepted the Grants.

Rural Oklahomas do not have much of an option when it comes to high speed internet so this Company knows they can abuse and neglect its’ customers.
