Verizon Cell Service For 84 year old woman - Verizon Wireless

My mother, age 84, purchased a cell phone at a verizon wireless store. She has spend over 2 weeks trying to get resolution on overcharges of over $300. The charges include charges from vendors and even charges to their help line. She is in an Assisted Living home.

I have called them several times and each time they tell me a different criteria for accessing the account. They offered her $90 off her bill–half of the bill overages. I asked that they remove all overage charges and bill her retroactively for higher minutes if they insist. They have been rude and obstructive–asking for information such as usercode from an 84 year old woman who does not use the internet.
