I used billfloat.com to purchase phone - SmartPay

They promise same day payment to company and installment payment are made by them directly debiting your bank account.

Instant approval once they charge you the first installment payment when you apply.

So on Jan 18 i got approved, they took my money from my account.

Today 1/26/12 no phone yet. Have called them daily. They do not have an answer because another department handles that.

The other department is never there, they ask to leave a message and never receive a call back. No supervisor to help with problem.

Complete scam. DO NOT USE!!!

I agree that it is ridiculous how much interest that is charged. I bought a phone from Metro Pcs in the amount of $450 and by the time Im done paying I will have paid $833. I could have bought a newer phone through a much larger carrier for that amount or 3 phones with metro pcs. I will never use this service again. I cant believe that businesses are using this company with the exorbitant amount they are charging their customers. I will never go back to Metro Pcs or ever use billfloat again. I am going to the exact same thing. I bought a phone through Metro PCS I paid $157 on the spot I’m supposed to have 5 more payments at about 145 dollars a piece they told me if I was to carry out to full term with all 5 payments the total would be about $897 for a $499 ph. So I called them to get a payoff amount to pay this off within 3 weeks after purchasing the phone they gave me 3 different payoff amount they finally took out 452 dollars out of my account when I call… Read more »

DONT NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. I BOUGHT A PHONE THRU SMARTPAY BY BILLFLOAT AT METRO PCS. THEY DEBITED MY CARD FOR THE INITIAL PAYMENT OF 155 DOLLARS ON JANUARY 3. I just saw this service for the first time, when I realized I hadn’t paid my TW cable bill and another one was coming due. I went online and followed the online directions. Online it explains the charges and the amount deducted from your acct. that day. It also tells you how much it will cost for expedited services which was 3 or 4 days and regular services which is 5-7 days. I found it easy to follow and they paid within 2 or 3 days. Start a class action suite some one needs to stop scams last summer I got scammed. For no extra hundred dollars never to get it back people prey on desperate people and they get away with it the better business Bureau couldn’t do anything. So sofry

Lisa you always say the same crap(i will get back with you soon) its clear that you dont!! Your company is a scam because considering yall have folks account information at any time you can go back and look up transations and withdrawels you all took out their account.
