#1 - Restocking Fee for DEFECTIVE items!! Really? REALLY!
Bulk ordered 2 different items from Wholesale Favors with expectation they were new and as described. Received the items. Some of the items had scratches, and some items were (“PW HOLSTER”) had metal exposed inside the pouch where the watch would go.
This would mean any item put in the pouch would be scratched up – therefore UNUSABLE. Tried to return defective items and “customer service” tells me there is a 10% restocking fee for DEFECTIVE items.. It’s not a misunderstanding.
It was repeated over and over again. Never heard of a company charging the customer for sending defective items. Needless to say, CHARGE BACK FILED!
