Ads Difficulties

Lack of professionalism when you try to end services. Their people (Kelsy and Nadine) said an e-mail request to cancel was not honored because it must be a verbal request and they would need to check their phone records? Are they kidding! If that was the case then the phone conversation with their sales/mgy Kristoff would have ended the contract 30 days after the chat but that didn’t happen.

So 1 month later I sent an e-mail requesting cancellation of services and stop fee charges… and six months later they are still doing their monthly charges…

I contacted RBC cc and that was the best decision ever… they have the documented emails as proof and can refund at least 3 of the last five charges. Complaints to consumer and commercial relations and BBB will help to alert people to BE AWARE of 411.ca advertising… they only WANT YOUR MONEY and do not answer requests to cancellation of services (even though they claim a 30 day cancellation notice)…and it’s bogus for their staff to ask for a verbal rather than written cancellation!

When communicating with them e-mail, cc someone, keep records, get names and spellings of who you talked to …whether its Nadine, Kelsey, Kristoff or Corey Phillips…

BETTER YET DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH 411.ca better to pay a private individual you meet face to face to up your SEO

PS they know i was upset and was going to file a complaint, they were given a time limit to respond to try to rectify the situation and not one response from neither of the 4 people that were e-mailed. This shows their true agenda….to get away with what they can.
