#1 - Chadwicks of Boston - Refuse to refund money
Reported Customer Loss =Bought several items from Chadwicks. I returned the items several days after they were delivered to my door. I used the return label. Due to either the slow post office service or the amount of returns Chadwicks has to process the return was past 30 days. They issued a merchandise credit.
I called twice and was promised a refund because there was plenty of time for the return to be processed however when the refund did not show up on the credit card I called again and was treated very rudely by the customer service rep and told no refund would be issued.
I have a complaint open with my credit card and have received the refund from the bank and refuse to settle this until Chadwicks issues my refund.
Never buy from Chadwicks. They are a complete rip off. Throw the catalogs in the trash.
