I had a group of 28 people book for a cruise that was suppose to take place in April 2013. In the beginning everything was fine with the travel agency until the second payment was due which was suppose to be in on November the 29, 2012 but by it been so close to the Holidays I ask for a extension which she did .
But today on December 12,2012 at about 3:30 pm I call the office and the owner of the company answer the phone with a disrespectful attitude on how you people was not on time with the payment and how I do not want to do business with you people ever again and that she was not going to stay after hour to accommodate you people for anything.
All her words was you people in a racial tone so I told her to cancel out and give the people back the money and she said fine I will and you have a nice day.
