I bought shoes online 5/8/15 from Footsmart.com, owned by Benchmark Brands, Inc. of Atlanta. They didn’t fit and I returned them by mail the same day.
I called them 5/12, and they had received them. Their refund policy warns about 5-10 business days (an obsolete hangover from when they had to issue & mail checks), and it has been much longer than that and they still won’t refund the amount ($85) to my credit card.
I get runarounds, excuses, lies, stupid surveys, but no refund. I only get a canned email when I email them now.
They have tied up my credit card so I can’t buy anything else. They are crooks!
