Waterfall in our brand new Trailer... Ballantyne RV does nothing
Purchased a brand new Palomino Solaire Travel Trailer 5/18, issues when we picked it up, from electrical problems with several outlets, both 110v and 12v issues, Many fix and finish issues with broken cabinets, lights not working. Severe water leaks on both sides of the unit. We have had the unit for a total of 25 days.
The dealer including the president Mark was not helpful or did they provide any customer service for us. Most of the time we spent trying to get them to not avoid our calls and e-mail to get status update on what was going on. it became clear early on that this unit was a LEMON and the damage to the unit was most likely unrepairable, we did not purchase a water damaged unit, but that is what we got.
Ballantyne then gave us a loaner unit to use for the rest of the summer, starting int he middle of August. Whoo Hooo, we could start camping again….they then retrieved it from our property with not notice with all of our personal belongings inside with no notification.
These guys are dirty and cannot be trusted.
