1. My lady missed her train in Chicago due to a late Amtrak train and AMTRAK requested a pickup of her 2 checked luggagd bag to be delivered to Sunbury, Ohio. Apparently the Fedex driver read the personal(crossed out) tag on the luggage and delivered it to Indianapolis. Bags have been picked up once again today 9 May 2013, and the Fed ex driver said "oh it will be there in a couple of days. Fedex doesnt work on Saturday, so expected delivery for 300 miles via FED EX ground is now next Monday. Totally unacceptable fservie and the problem is compounded by the hour and FEX ex customer support only apoloigizes and nothing more. You would think some monetary compensation is due! DONT USE FED EX!!! They will ship it to the wrong address and had you canned answers GRRRRRR! Her son in IND said to the driver, hell i could deliver it in appx 3 hrs but why should he? What ever happened to customer service in the US?? Bleh!!!

Beware of this Fedex facility, they lost my package or maybe stolen by their employee, I had called the FedEx rep to trace my package and was told someone would call me back for result but unfortunately no one called me back, because they don't want to be responsible for their mistake. Fedex had really bad reputation since the past years, stay away from FedEx or your package maybe stolen, go with UPS parcel service, because Fedex employees stole customer's packages caught on camera and had been on the internet news. I also called the phone number of Chino Fedex smart post facility but no one will ever answer it, should name it ( FedEx Stupid Post) !! Not a reliable carrier. Fedex should have increased their security level of measures for ongoing delivery services.

3. i have been waiting for my wedding dress for six days very nervous has what i would recieve has purchased it of the internet .tracked it all the way from china with no probelms until it arrived in england that is . apparently it has been delivered and signed for BUT NOT BY ME OR ANYONE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY LIVES IN MY ROAD IN STAMFORD LINCOLNSHIRE.actually i do not know where my dress is and won't know untill tomorrow when the muppet of a delivery driver gets back into work then hopefully i will be able to find out excately where this complete incompetent idiot has delivered it to . has i am stressed to the absolute hilt right now this is the last thing that i need right now .It is totall incompetnce on fedex's part .AN EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER .
