Restocking Fee
Just a message to let everyone know to please be sure about restocking fees. I just returned a nu-wave oven and was charged $25.00 for it. Also charged $9.00 for shipping and handling even though it said free, but because I ordered online.
So it cost me over $93.00 and I didn’t get anything. Their 30 minute commercials are so enticing and you think when all said and done that you are getting a good deal but one way or another they make money.

I ordered the oven at $39.95 with another one free. The additional items along with charges for shipping for each item cost $229.55 for which I paid in full. Now they want $379.35 as 1/3 payment with two more payments. In addition, they gave my card number to MY BUY CLUB that charged my debit card $2.95, and will charge $$16.95 each month for so-called reduced prices at name brand companies. I placed my order April 12, and another person brought my boxes today April 25.
curious as to why if it ships in the same box ,why are we charged separate shipping and processing?
I understand that you want people to buy your product but you are way overpriced and you claim that you can use any pots on the precision cook top but I have searched various stores and cannot find that so called swirly seal on the bottom and not surprisingly you will tell me that I have to buy from your scam artists
I JUST RECEIVED MY BOGO PRECISION INDUCTION COOKTOPS. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE FREE BONUS NU WAVE PIC COOKING PACKAGES. A GOOD DEAL GONE BAD!!! WITHOUT THE PANS & SKILLITS, THIS DEAL IS NOW A BAD DEAL. DON'T BUY THIS. STAY AWAY. YOU'LL DO A LOT BETTER AT A RETAIL STORE.
I want to know the status of my order #1624930 ?
Their commercial is a scam. It cost me $215.70 for shipping charges for a order that only cost $99.99 plus s/h of 29.95. Then for each additional item that is shipped for free is not they charged me for each item and listed it as shipping charges and I still didnot receive the complete order and I even told them by phone and email but nothing. I personally will not order again. Total SCAM
