This shop undertakes a slick scam by using fake websites and pricing to hike prices. Then they reduce prices to make customers think they have a great deal. Lots of pressure provided with individuals resisting the scam distracted by other shop staff. They claim accurate pricing. Bottom line is I paid double for the products they sold me. Once you have time away from the shop to check pricing its too late. They do not take returns. They inform you that tax can be claimed back at the airports, not true. They craftily keep all packaging telling buyers that going through customs with packed goods attracts more tax, not true. They prey on tourists, lie and use fake pricing. Avoid this shop at all costs…

These guys are a pack of maggots. As per the other complainants, I was ripped off as well. Charged double the price for a SIM card. I can see it is no point going to them to complain, but I will be making sure anyone who is prepared to listen will be told to keep away from these dogs.

My husband was also scammed by this store. He wanted to help a small, local business and bought a camera without doing his homework on what it was actually worth. Well, he paid twice it's value and attempted to return the camera or get a partial refund. Of course, that was not going to happen. Avoid at all costs!

    BEWARE THIS HOVEL OF CROOKS!

Friend bought a camera that was marked $1500 on the box for $470, 30 minutes later realized it's on Amazon for $198. The sales guy also refused to give the box for the camera, stating that Nikon has a "box recycling policy" (lol) when in fact they use the UPC to mail in and illegally collect the rebate themselves.

They flat refused a refund, and offered another $70 off, and physically blocked our path our path out the store when we threatened to dispute the charge. Amazing how they're still in business. Feel sorry for the unsuspecting tourists which keep them alive.

Going to this store in New York City was the worst idea my husband ever had. My husband and I bought a camera from them enticed by the sudden 50% off offer of the attendant just to find out after walking outside of the store that couple of blocks away the same camera was $60 dollars less. we went back to return it and they refused to take it back because although we WERE NOT informed apparently the store policy doesn’t allow any refunds, and on top of that we had to stand the bad attitude of the store owner. They were unethical by not informing us of the no return policy. So if you see this store I recommend you to run away from them.
