I was referred to this dealer by a friend. Supposedly this company was a reputable one. Apparently not!!!!! I went to fill out a credit application for a work vehicle the salesman who i later found out was the so called owner of this dealership (tommy) advised that it would take a day or so for approval. I waited then realized that i couldn’t really afford to take this on so i called the salesman and told him that i was no longer interested in getting a vehicle and to please withdrawn my application.
To my surprise ………Four months later i get a phone call from this brian guy at this bank (m& t bank )…Stating that i am behind in my payments. Well needless to say i followed all channels to get this resolved and later found out that this dealership has stolen my information and given it to some other individual possibly a friend to obtain a vehicle from them. After many exhausting phone calls to proper channels this vehicle (2008 Cadillac escalade) miraculously appeared on the lot and the dealer advised the bank that i would not press charges and that they were willing to pay off this loan for me!! They were so eager to do this, the bank offered the stolen vehicle to me.
I have currently press charges against the dealership and it’s employees for fraud, identity theft and grand larceny as to this vehicle that was purchased was over $ 53,000.00 thousand dollars. Do not deal with this dealership the employees and this so called owner are still there and will possibly do this again. !!!! Be very careful dealing with this dealership route 1 luxury autos on 403-4057 Boston road, Bronx, NY and they also have another dealership in queens who are most likely in the same business queens national auto group 72-30 queens blvd woodside, ny 11377 . You might want to be careful with m&t bank located in Baltimore, Maryland they exclusively( i was told by the bank) deal with these two dealerships!!!!!!!!!!!!! There specialty is not used cars is identity theft !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
