Internet service - AT&T

I had ported my business phone numbers away from AT&T. They had linked the DSL to a number causing the DSL service to be disconnected leaving my company without phone of internet service for 4 days. My service is not up yet.

I placed a new order for DSL the next morning once I realized what had happen, I followed up that afternoon to see when the services would be on, after the costumer service person edged me on stating that I might not have DSL available once its been cut off. I explained that, I didn’t request to stop my DLS and my view is that I am being punished for porting my numbers also, the system is designed to punish anyone who ported there number.

Monday, I found out that my request for service was canceled and a new request had to be made, following up Monday afternoon to find out the second request was incomplete and a third request needed to be made. I asked to speak to a supervisor which had taken another hour but I think my service might be restated tomorrow, Day 5.

This might be a time to break up AT&T
