Wireless Tries To Screw Single Mom And Full Time Student - Rogers

I went into the store I had purchased my phone from. Come to find out that they wont replace it i have to call some other number.

I explained to the rogers manager at the location that I had paid the monthly fee to have the replacement coverage. He then informs me that he will not be replacing my phone that he can’t take it out of “inventory.”

so both numbers are called and as usual i told i have to pay 200$ out of my pocket. well i will not be paying all I want is my phone replaced at no charge to me
