USPS – new iberia post office
I am not understanding how a government place is allowed to be so ugly to customers. I went into the new iberia post office to get mailbox keys for my tenants, witch i am a landlord of a few apartments, and i change the locks to the mailboxes each time tenants moves out . I have never had any problems until now , i went to the post office to do what i normally do and this guy tells me that i can’t get any keys that my tenants has to bring in a lease and pay for it them self. I then told him look i have always done this and never had trouble before , the ni ask to speak to a manager he then came out and told me that i needed proof that i am the landlord of this place.
Well i then had the owner of the apartments sign a paper stating that i am in deed the landlord of the apartments. I went to the manager and showed him the papers, he then told me that was fine, well i went to the same man and he still gave me trouble , then there was this other black lady working also then she comes put her mouth in this and stayed that i am lucky that i didnt go to her cause she would not have gave me any keys, that it’s not my mailboxes that the tenants has to come prove they live there, and very very ugly i then told her it doesnt matter what ugly things you say the manager told me i can so please give me my keys so i can leave. This is just how the government employees handles people, this is not right for people that works for the government to handle customers in a very ugly way just because of where they work, we all have to make a living out here in this world. I just feel that the right people needs to go under cover in these government places just to find out how they really have ugly bad people with no respect for there customers.
