NuWave PIC – didnt get it all!
i ordered 2 pic complete sets ,and got the stovetops but no extras no pans pots fondue set!!!! nothing!!! ive been calling for a week left messages …. no response. then i emailed them …. no response !!!!i was hoping to give the second one as a gift but , nothing came with it . i will not order from this company again!!if something is back-ordered they should tell me or at least respond to me . i called the order phone number too and they say they wont help me , they can only take orders. WHAT A COMPANY WONT EVEN RESPOND TO PEOPLE!!!!!

Ordered the Nuwave pic (BOGO) the shipment came in 2 weeks later. The packing list listed everything that was supposed to be in the package. I had ordered a Cast Iron BBQ grill extra and it was listed also. The package did not contain the "Main Cooking Package – Free Gift Set" but is was listed on the packing slip. The total merchandise invoice was $138.84 and the S&H was $149.80. Ok, I knew this was the price and was willing to pay that because I thought it was worth it. Then the fun started, I tried to call but got no response after leaving several voice messages so then I started to e-mail and got no response from that. Finally I got my credit card company involved and an answer from my email came in. "Chelsea" said she would look into it for me and get back. Well, Chelsea got back and said I did not pay the S&H for the second or free set and it would be another $69.95. That would bring my total S&H to $219.75. This is more that the total cost of the merchandise cost. Total Scam – That is to bad because the merchandise is really good.
Why would anyone do business with a company which has the name NU-Wave. I believe many previous Nu-Wave Oven owners would agree. They, previously, have shown themselves unreliable with the NU-Wave Oven. When things went wrong with it or needed a replacement. They seemed to disappear from the earth's face when it came to service.
That type of behavior, in my opinion is very unacceptable.
